Participants receive a personal profile to explore their communication style, strengths and leadership preferences. 

Module 1: Understanding Yourself and Others 
Learn to flex communication and build trust-based relationships based on an appreciation of their own and others’ style and preferences 

Module 2: The Optimal Management Mindset 
Develop a resilient mindset focused on ownership, responsibility and solution-oriented thinking. 

Module 3: Leadership Communication Skills 
Gain the confidence to communicate positively, with empathy, deliver feedback and inspire performance. 

Module 4: Practical Tools for Management 
Enhance leadership effectiveness with new tools for problem-solving, collaboration, conflict resolution, prioritising, delegating and cultivating high performance. 

Module 5: Putting the Tools to Use 
Apply all tools in real-world situations in a collaborative workshop tailored to your context. 

Module 6: Graduation and Outcomes Review 
Following some intervening work to prepare, present outcomes to senior leaders, reflect on progress and receive your ‘Passport to Leadership’.
