Module 1: Understanding yourself and others

Adopt a leadership mindset grounded in ownership, responsibility, optimism and solution-focus. 

Module 3: Communication and performance conversations

Module 4: Tools for effective management 
Apply practical tools to prioritise, delegate, manage time and lead team activity effectively. 

Module 5: Application and impact 

Bring the tools to life in a collaborative session working with co-participants on business challenges.   

Module 6: Outcomes Review 
Present learning outcomes and the value the training has delivered to gain a “Passport to Leadership” based on demonstrated progress.
