This Masterclass builds on the core tools covered in MGI’s Mindset, Language & Actions Toolkit, giving participants a range of strategies to better understand self as well as others, including customers, colleagues and key stakeholders to build even stronger high trust relationships.
Using established psychological theory on individual preferences, participants will be able to assess themselves and others based on clues for their behaviour, allowing them to flex their communication style accordingly for more effective collaboration and outcomes.
