to deepen and reinforce use

Following attendance at the MGI Workshop, participants access a rich collection of embedding materials and activities hosted on the MGI Learning management system (LMS). Accessible from any device these enjoyable activities ensure ongoing deepening of the use of the tools.
Combing in-person workshops with online resources gives participants a Learning Journey experience to ensure they use the new skills. Materials include:
- Self-assessments and quizzes to validate and embed the learning
- A blended learning suite of embedding content through additional refresher videos alongside internal face-to-face, manager-led interactive huddle sessions to apply the tools to everyday activities
- Additional reference resources are easily accessible to support the highest and deepest use of the tools
- Group Management functionality to support and track your team’s learning and progress through MGI’s Learning Management System (LMS)
