Delivered across six focused modules, the programme blends interactive workshops, practical tools and real-world application. Each module builds on the last, ensuring learning is embedded and immediately useful. 

As part of the Voyage to Leadership Excellence, managers have the opportunity to complete an enlightening personality profile and receive a one-to-one coaching debrief with one of MGI’s Lead Consultants. This powerful combination builds self-awareness and provides personalised guidance to accelerate leadership growth. 

Module 1: Understanding Yourself and Others – Discover strengths and flex communication style to build trust and stronger relationships. 

Module 2: The Optimal Management Mindset – Develop the mindset and tools to thrive, solve problems and lead with confidence. 

Module 3: Leadership Communication Skills – Learn how to hold confident, empathetic and performance-driving conversations. 

Module 4: Practical Tools for Management – Gain hands-on skills in delegation, collaboration, prioritisation and productivity. 

Module 5: Applying the Tools – Tackle live management challenges and apply learning to real situations. 

Module 6: Graduation & Outcomes Review – Share progress and demonstrate impact with senior leaders. 

The programme concludes with Reconnect sessions, offering small group coaching to reinforce learning and keep development on track.
