As part of the Voyage to Leadership Excellence, managers have the opportunity to complete an enlightening personality profile and receive a one-to-one coaching debrief with one of MGI’s Lead Consultants. This powerful combination builds self-awareness and provides personalised guidance to accelerate leadership growth.
